Accelerator Programme
The PF Mentorship Programme aims to support the development of emerging fashion designers, by tapping into identified gaps and connecting them to a pool of international and renowned mentors. It aims to boost business and international recognition through knowledge transfer and intra-sectoral collaboration.
The project aims to equip participants with the skills to enable them to create businesses with potential to scale and be financially sustainable, as well as provide support with go to market and internationalization strategies.
The programme has a blended format approach, mixing physical events with digital ongoing support to facilitate connections cross countries. It is a unique way of supporting a generation of entry/ mid-level talent, designed with a customized approach, destined to up-skill and individually support the development and recognition of talent.
Program outline
The PF Mentorship Programme runs for 10 weeks online.
As part of the Programme, each selected designer will receive the following:

Network
Tailor made networking sessions and professional guest talks during the Portugal Fashion calendar.

Learn
10 individual one-hour virtual sessions with industry mentors based on the designer's identified gaps.

Innovate
Customized online workshops to enable designers access the latest trends and innovations in the industry as well as garner a wider overview of the global fashion industry and skills needed.
